      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute sales strategies for the territory, identifying strategic partnerships and local affiliations
      - Generate new leads through various prospecting activities, including cold calling and customer referrals
      - Deliver face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing Comcast products and services
      - Maintain and build customer relationships to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
      - Prepare accurate sales records and reports while attending regular customer meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree, or a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience
      - 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field
      - Strong knowledge of consultative and strategic selling techniques
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Network Design, SDWAN, and Network Security
      - Knowledge of MAN technologies and designs, including Ethernet and VoIP
      - Experience in customer relationship management and sales record maintenance
