What is Required (Qualifications):
- Commercial insurance experience
- High school education or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including some evening hours
- Reliable transportation for in-person training and events

- Experience in a customer-facing role within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with commercial insurance operations and processes
