Concept and write customer-focused marketing, advertising, and web content that drives results.

Collaborate with art directors and marketing partners to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.

Present content options to stakeholders and revise as needed through to final production.

Balance and prioritize a high volume of projects, managing timelines effectively.

Support initiatives that promote sustainability and renewable energy messaging.

Minimum of 5 years of copywriting or communications experience in a large corporate environment, strongly preferred in a publicly traded organization.

Proven ability to create content across multiple channels, including digital and print.

Strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples (required).

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Passion for sustainability and knowledge of renewable energy topics is a plus.

Content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, or Sitecore

Marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or Eloqua

Project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, or Trello

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Slack

Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Adobe Analytics

CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Social media management tools such as Sprinklr or Hootsuite

Email marketing platforms like Campaign Monitor or Constant Contact

Hybrid model: 3 days in office each week.
Communications Specialist (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $30–$40/hour
We are seeking a creative and versatile Communications Specialist to develop dynamic, engaging marketing and advertising content that builds customer engagement and trust. In this role, you'll concept and copywrite compelling content for digital and print deliverables, including email campaigns, direct mail, social media, digital display ads, video, radio, and more.A strong passion for sustainability and renewable energy, along with a high-level understanding of related technologies, is a significant plus.
