  SUMMARY OF PROGRAM
  Jabil’s Summer Internship Program in St. Petersburg, Florida was recognized as one of the Top 100 Internship Programs in the country for 2023 by WayUp. This is the result of a holistic and engaging experience that summer interns at Jabil in St. Pete experienced. As a result, interns that are a part of this program for summer 2024 will get to engage with members of Jabil’s leadership team and participate in events related to professional development, networking & socializing, and community engagement. In addition, interns will have the opportunity to work with each other in committees, be assigned a Peer Partner (e.g., mentor), tour some of Jabil’s facilities and much more!   JOB SUMMARY
  The mission of Jabil’s Global Ethics and Compliance team is to drive a culture of integrity and help mitigate risk to create a sustainable enterprise. We look after the best interests of Jabil, its employees, customers, and shareholders by building a strong Ethics & Compliance program and promoting a speak-up culture. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for a college student with a quantitative background to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting. You will work alongside experienced data professionals and contribute to projects that directly impact our organization and support our mission.
  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interns that are a part of this program for Summer 2024 will get to engage with members of Jabil’s leadership team and participate in events related to professional development, networking & socializing, and community engagement.
  • In addition, interns will have the opportunity to work with each other in committees, be assigned a Peer Partner (e.g., mentor), tour some of Jabil’s facilities and much more!
  • Assist with data collection, cleansing, and manipulation to maintain data integrity of Jabil’s Integrity Hotline Incident Management system.
  • Using BI tools, create data visualizations that effectively communicate insights and overall program effectiveness.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns; and present results to management to support making high-impact business decisions.
  • Participate in the development of Jabil’s Code of Conduct Training
  • Collaborate with our global team to support Ethics and Compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Strong qualitative and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with BI tools, such as PowerBI
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills and collaboration abilities
  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited university/college as undergraduate Junior, Senior, Recent Graduate or Graduate Student
  • Preferred Majors: Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field
  • GPA: 3.0+
