      Job Title: Construction LaborerJob Description

      Join a dynamic team in Boise as a concrete laborer/cutter, where you can build a long-term career in a physically demanding but rewarding role. While prior construction experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidates who are eager to learn and work hard.

      Responsibilities
      • Operate, or be willing to learn to operate Wall Saws, Core Drills, Hand Saws, Flat Saws, and Hand (or power) tools.
      • Conduct full building demolitions and renovations.
      • Be comfortable with heavy lifting, dust, debris, wet environments, and getting dirty.
      • Maintain equipment used on the job, although mechanical experience is helpful, it is not required.
      • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
      • Maintain a positive, drug-free work environment.
      • Manage workflow to meet changing priorities and properly complete daily paperwork and vehicle inspection reports.
      • First day includes a full day of orientation and safety training.
      Essential Skills
      • Experience in general labor, construction, and concrete finishing.
      • Proficiency in hand tool usage, saw operation, and drill press operation.
      Additional Skills & Qualifications
      • Experience in heavy equipment operation is beneficial.
      • OSHA certification is a plus, but not required.
      • No medical certifications required.

      Work Environment

      Work involves traveling across the Treasure Valley to job sites for concrete cutting and drilling. The role is physically demanding and requires comfort working in various weather conditions. Standard shift starts at 6:45am until job completion, typically ending around 4:30pm.

      This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, ID.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
