      Job Title: Field Technician

      Job Description

      Join our team as a Field Technician where you will play a crucial role in the installation of concrete walls for new construction buildings. Each day begins at 5:30 am at our shop, where you will prepare with the crew and load the necessary materials. The foreman will drive the crew to the job site, and you will be compensated for your travel time.

      Responsibilities

      • Prepare the installation area by moving and shoveling materials.
      • Set walls by placing them accurately, sealing joints and corners with a caulk gun.
      • Tighten bolts using wrenches, and ensure walls are level and plumb.
      • Assist in cleaning up the site, removing trash and debris.

      Essential Skills

      • Experience in general labor, construction, landscape, and concrete work.
      • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds frequently.
      • Proficiency in standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, and twisting consistently.
      • Competence in using a tape measure accurately and consistently.
      • Proficiency in the use of hand tools.

      This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
