Job Description

- Dig and grade using shovels and other hand tools.
- Lay rock aggregate as part of underground utility installation.
- Assist pipefitters and equipment operators with tasks on active job sites.
- Perform general labor duties related to utility and dirt‑work construction.
- Minimum 1 year of construction experience OR experience working in harsh/outdoor environments.
- Proficiency with common construction tools, including hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in utility construction or general labor work.
- Familiarity with dirt work, concrete, or landscaping.
- Ability to accept feedback and communicate effectively with the crew.
- $18–$20/hr (based on experience)
- Monday–Friday schedule with optional Saturday overtime
