- Experience in healthcare, medical, institutional, or lab projects.
- Experience in SCIF construction is highly preferred.
- Experience with hospital and medical construction projects is a plus.
- Proficient in construction management and general contracting practices.
Job Title: Construction SuperintendentJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects. The role involves providing multi-level supervision across field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and managing project schedules. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare, medical, institutional, or lab projects. As a Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in project administration, safety compliance, and production tracking, ensuring all activities align with company standards and client expectations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage complex logistics and mentor field personnel.
ResponsibilitiesThis role is based in a dynamic and innovative environment with a focus on safety and lean construction practices. The Denver office is a newly established facility located near Lincoln Station light rail, with a strong team of approximately 55-60 people, including 12 Superintendents. Our projects span across Boulder, Golden, and surrounding areas, with upcoming healthcare construction opportunities. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Lone Tree, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
