      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Risk Management Services Installation Program
      - Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and address skill or performance gaps
      - Create, update, and maintain internal learning resources such as job aids, SOPs, guides, bulletins, and checklists
      - Evaluate the effectiveness of performance solutions against established metrics and provide feedback on evaluation tools
      - Conduct technical, professional, and management training programs for associates at various levels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of eight years of proven experience in learning and development, organizational development/effectiveness, or internal/external consulting
      - Strong instructional design, skill assessment, measurement methodology, needs assessment, and facilitation experience
      - Undergraduate degree preferred in business, education, psychology, or a related field
      - Ability to acquire required federal and/or state licenses/registrations within designated timeframes
      - Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced studies in instructional technology, management, organization development, or behavioral sciences
      - Professional certification such as the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
      - Technical insurance industry experience in addition to professional learning and development experience
      - Familiarity with consulting practices and organizational interventions
      - Experience in change management and team building
