  The opportunity & Your key responsibilities

  We support our international corporation clients across industries in transforming their finance operations, and you would be working on following topics:

  • Finance vision, strategy, and transformation: You help with finance transformation programs by contributing to finance vision, strategy, operating model and processes for whole finance function to support corporate strategy.
  • Finance Technology and Data: You participate in technology projects to define steering and financial data models and improve efficiency and effectiveness of detailed finance processes by automating transaction processing and associated financial, managerial, statutory, tax, treasury, ESG, compliance, and other reporting.
  • Finance Processes / Financial Shared Services / Global Business Services: You help our clients finance operations and shared services teams and leaders to develop more efficient and customer centric end-to-end processes e.g. Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report.
  • Business Planning, Reporting and Analytics: You support in process and concept development and system implementation of Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) solutions to improve planning and reporting processes by automating and integrating long- and short-term planning, budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and analytics processing.
  • Sustainability in Finance: You support in reporting and operating model development and improvement projects that are related to changing sustainability reporting requirements.
  • M&A support for Finance functions: You help with the process and operating model change requirements from M&A activities on the finance organization related to integrations and carve-outs.

  Skills and attributes for success

  • Academic degree in the field of business, e.g., Accounting, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering and Management, or equivalent
  • Good written and oral skills in Finnish and English
  • For the role as a Consultant, you would need to be a recent (0-3 years working experience) graduate and some working experience from management consulting or finance & business controlling
  • For the role as a Senior Consultant, we expect you to have 3-5 years of relevant work experience related to accounting, finance, business controlling, or management consulting, including experience in project delivery roles. Experience in working with and/or developing finance end-to-end processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay or Record-to-Report is seen as an advantage
