      Consumer Duty Lead Coordinator - Salary - Norwich: £40,000 - London: £50,000

      We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and highly organised person to join the Retail Trading team.

      With the Consumer Duty regulation coming into force in July 2023, this will require us to demonstrate our clear decision making, actions and agreements and this role will lead the creation, co-ordination, and ownership of all our documented outputs from our decision-making forums. The successful candidate will work across the retail business, working with our Price Comparison teams (PCW), our Direct team and our Speciality team. This will allow strong exposure to a wide range of stakeholders at all levels across both the Retail team and our wider virtual team in the Personal Lines business.

This will allow strong exposure to a wide range of stakeholders at all levels across both the Retail team and our wider virtual team in the Personal Lines business.

      The retail team is spread across the country with teams based in Norwich and London with a few in other locations across the UK. We can be flexible on location around our core sites. Although travel may be expected to core sites.

      It’s a great time to join the Retail Trading team. We form a core pillar of the Personal Lines strategy and have an exciting proposition roadmap ahead. We are also focused on continuous optimisation of our existing portfolio, owning, and improving customer and commercial outcomes.

      Skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • Experience of Project Co-ordination and working across virtual teams.

      • A good understanding of the insurance market and the latest regulations, specifically Consumer Duty Regulations.

      • Excellent stakeholder management skills, effective communicator and highly collaborative

      • A highly organised individual.

      • A strong attention to detail.

      • Salary Norwich: £40,000 - London: £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
