- Elevate editorial excellence by reviewing, refining, and enhancing content from third-party writers-ensuring superior grammar, structure, clarity, and narrative quality while upholding Caesars brand voice and editorial standards across multiple lines of business.
- Strengthen the strategic value of content by ensuring alignment with enterprise editorial standards, SEO strategy, and go-to-market priorities across hotel and casino properties, iCasino, and Sportsbook business units.
- Navigate competing priorities across multiple business units by executing against clearly defined content plans, managing tradeoffs thoughtfully, and ensuring the highest-impact work moves forward in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Identify editorial and strategic opportunities to improve content quality, narrative depth, and operational efficiency-surfacing insights that help evolve enterprise content strategy and execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with content, SEO, brand, regional, and digital stakeholders-working closely with the Director, Content Marketing to translate priorities from leadership into coordinated, on-time execution.
- 4-6 years of experience in copy editing or editorial roles, ideally within digital content, brand storytelling, or content marketing.
- Exceptional attention to detail with mastery of grammar, style, and narrative flow.
- Demonstrated experience editing digital content with a strong sense of brand voice and consistency.
- Familiarity with Caesars properties, digital gaming, and regulated online environments (iCasino and sports betting) is a strong plus and enhances editorial judgment and prioritization.
- Demonstrated operational discipline, with the ability to manage workflows, prioritize competing requests, and maintain quality and speed within a lean team structure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs arise.
Job Description
The Content Marketing Specialist serves as a critical execution partner within Caesars Entertainment's enterprise SEO and content organization. As one of two core contributors supporting organic discovery across all hotel and casino properties, as well as Caesars' digital businesses including iCasino and Sportsbook, this role plays a hands-on part in driving content quality, consistency, and performance at scale. Working in close partnership with the Director, Content Marketing, this position helps ensure editorial excellence, operational efficiency, and disciplined execution across a broad and highly prioritized content portfolio.
