What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the solicitation response process, including opportunity identification and proposal submissions
- Monitor government and third-party outlets for new contractual opportunities
- Conduct research on solicitations and coordinate Q&A processes with Government Contracting Officers
- Oversee full lifecycle management of various federal government contracts
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal document retention policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS required with 2 years of business experience, or 3+ years extensive experience without a Bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to project manage complex contract requirements
- Strong customer-centric skills and adaptability to customer needs
- Exceptional communication skills and comfort presenting to various stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to approximately 20%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience handling contracts through the contract lifecycle
- Previous involvement in governmental contracts and negotiations
- Proficiency in SalesForce.com and Power BI
- Strong Excel skills, including V lookups and pivot tables
- Familiarity with solicitations and contract management processes
