      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administration, execution, and reconciliation of contracts and vendor management
      - Support vendor managed program processing, operations, and customer service
      - Track contract terms and address inquiries regarding payments and contract details
      - Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate communication
      - Assist in the development of technology roadmaps by gathering requirements and analyzing data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in an analytical or business-related field
      - Foundational experience in supporting IT contracts, vendor coordination, or customer account management
      - Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
      - Experience or coursework related to data analysis and data management concepts
      - Basic understanding of IT security principles and vendor management best practices

      - Training or exposure to team-building and communication strategies
      - Familiarity with the services or technologies provided by vendors and an interest in market trends
      - Exposure to dispute-resolution and problem-solving skills
      - Understanding of organizational dynamics and decision-making processes
