- Formulate and apply contract management strategies and procedures that are in harmony with company ambitions.
- Establish and upkeep comprehensive databases for Service contract components.
- Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to distill best practices and advocate for procedural enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Analyze and address Service stipulations within Master Service Agreements and Individual Service Agreements alongside clients.
- Work alongside the Sales department to negotiate and finalize non-standard contract terms.
- Oversee the complete contract cycle: from drafting and evaluation to endorsement and finalization.
- Interface with Service and Maintenance teams to cater to specific Long-Term Service Agreement requirements for photovoltaic and battery storage setups.
- Verify that all service scopes in the Statement of Work and associated Exhibits are accurately reflected in the final pricing.
- Engage in the examination and negotiation of subcontractor agreements and oversee warranty document amendments.
- Validate approvals for custom service scopes or modifications to the standard offerings.
- Address contract-related disputes, claims, and terminations proactively.
- Maintain robust communication channels to preempt potential issues or emerging needs.
- Ensure meticulous contract documentation within the company's database.
- Acutely detail-focused with a keen grasp of opportunity subtleties and interdependent services.
- Proficient in managing international clientele with varied expectations.
- Exceptional communication prowess, both in writing and speech.

Job Description:
We're looking for a Service Contract Management Specialist to join our team to contribute to our rapid expansion. As a direct report to the Manager of Service BD, this pivotal role stands as a cornerstone within our services team. The role encompasses spearheading contract development and management across the North America markets and serves as the primary interface with our clients.

Work Location and Status:
For candidates in the states of California, Colorado, New York and Washington, the anticipated annual base salary for this role is between $50,000 - $95,000 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The base salary offered is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, location, or other factors related to the role.
