What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials to support training initiatives
- Evaluate training delivery modes (in-person or virtual) to enhance effectiveness and cost-efficiency
- Offer targeted training programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time work experience in Health Care and Social Assistance
- Native-level English skills
- U.S. residency
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement
