      We are currently hiring a Full-Time Cook at our Dogfish Head Chesapeake & Maine in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

      What You’ll Brew:

      • Ensure consistency of taste, quality, and presentation with every order
      • Ensure orders are moving in an efficient and timely manner
      • Organize the workstation for service
      • Provide ideas to leadership to improve practices, menu, and process
      • Keep proper food rotation, storage, labeling, and food preparation to minimize waste
      • Maintain a safe and sanitized kitchen

      What Ingredients You’ll Bring:

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • One year of culinary experience
      • Effective communicator
      • Strong working knowledge of safety and sanitation practices and techniques
      • Work on your feet for extended periods of time
      • Available to work weekends, holidays and help cover shifts

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Prior experience working at a fast past restaurant
      • Culinary degree
