      In this role, you will have the flexibility to organize your work between office and remote, in a hybrid work culture.

      We are now looking for a Coordinator, Customer Order Management with French and English to join our Customer Service Team.

      Selected person will be managing Order-to-Cash process through order fulfillment and billing; contacting customers via different communication channels; ensuring the deliveries and customer requirements are properly dealt with; handling complaints and resolving issues; cooperating with internal and external stakeholders; ensuring that the process is followed according to internal policies and targets.

      Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdańsk, Poland is a multifunction service center with customer service, procurement, finance and administration and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership. Position is located in Gdańsk, Poland.

      What you’ll bring to the team:

      • position requires fluent French and English
      • SAP knowledge would be an asset
      • additional language would be an asset
      • at least 1 year of functional experience in order management or customer service
      • good practical knowledge of MS Office tools
      • very good communication and interpersonal skills
