What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide IT support for technical issues related to Microsoft business applications and operating systems
- Monitor and manage incoming client service requests, dispatching them to appropriate resources
- Assist in the IT procurement process for software subscriptions, licenses, and hardware
- Maintain system documentation and respond to alerts within the remote monitoring and management system
- Communicate updates to customers regarding incident progress and changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology desired
- CompTIA A+ Certification required
- CompTIA N+ Certification required
- 3-5 years of Help Desk experience desired
- ITIL Foundation Certification desired
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with disaster recovery solutions
- Familiarity with network-level support including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, and firewalls
- Proven ability to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Experience using JIRA for service ticket management
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
