- Monitor daily project activity and progress across all creative team members – communicating project delays and/or bandwidth openings.
- Efficiently and effectively manage day-to-day priority shifts; communicate effectively in difficult and time-sensitive situations.
- Be the point person for all creative requests such as image requests and new briefs.
- Prepare and circulate Creative Review agendas in advance of key stakeholder meetings.
- Recap creative review and marketing meetings and follow up with outstanding issues in a timely manner to ensure the team meets its delivery dates.
- Produce end to end shoot schedules for seasonal campaigns, videos and product shoots that includes concepting, style out, shoot, post production to delivery.
- Assist with asset management, file organization and maintenance of the server folder structure.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and business team members, establishing a role as a trusted resource and partner
- Perform other duties as assigned such as putting together monthly recap decks for organic social.
- 5+ years experience working with an established in house team for another fashion based brand.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Comfortable communicating details and updating internal and external partners
- Thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline oriented role.
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Office, PowerPoint and One.
- Knowledge of the photography and creative process.
The Creative Traffic Specialist will serve as the liaison between creative, marketing, ecommerce, wholesale, retail teams and outside vendors to traffic and oversee a high volume of projects. They will span between digital, print video and photography. This position will be tasked with ensuring the timely deliveries to our partners which is essential to the growth of the organization and keeping our customers engaged with the brand.
