      CRM/DATA SYSTEMS ANALYST
      Administrative Analyst/Specialist I
      Admissions

      Salary Range: $3,518 - $6,791/Monthly

      Work Schedule : Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; non-exempt classification.

      Essential Functions : Under the direction of the Admissions Systems Lead, the incumbent will be key member of the Admissions Systems team, assisting with all systems related projects but with a primary focus on CRM and data analysis responsibilities. The incumbent is responsible for planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining all aspects of the CRM system (Liaison EMP), including implementing communications plans, email template creation, database creation and management, use of the event module and other Liaison EMP add-ons. The incumbent is responsible for collecting, evaluating, and interpreting admissions and recruitment data for analysis including yields, projections, and predictive models. The incumbent will work closely with the CSU Chancellor’s Office, Cal State LA Institutional Effectiveness Office, and other campus partners to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of requested data gathering and requested reports. The incumbent is responsible for planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining all aspects of the CRM system (Liaison EMP), including implementing communications plans, email template creation, database creation and management, use of the event module and other Liaison EMP add-ons. The incumbent will assist the Admissions Systems team in the implementation and maintenance of WebAdmit and the unit’s technology solutions; create and produce queries independently according to administrative, managerial, and user specifications; and assist with implementation of new system and software installations, system upgrades and conversions, and CSU system-wide initiatives. The incumbent collaborates across campus with end-users to identify department needs and assists in the development and documentation of system processes and procedures; tests CRM and Information Technology (IT) upgrades, fixes, and enhancements to ensure data integrity and to ensure modifications are compliant with departmental policies and procedures.

      Required Qualifications & Experience : A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or four-year university and/or equivalent training and two years of administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs. The incumbent must possess thorough knowledge of and experience with CRM systems and data analysis. The incumbent must demonstrate ability to follow all University policies, procedures and guidelines; organize and plan multiple priorities and to carry out assignments without detailed instructions; analyze and evaluate situations and data; make accurate recommendations on appropriate course of action leading to the development and improvement of administrative systems, procedures, and/or practices; create effective system functional documentation and specifications; and troubleshoot and resolve CRM related issues. The incumbent must have a demonstrated interest and/or ability to work in a multicultural/multiethnic environment.       Desired Qualifications : A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or four-year university in Computer Science, Computer Information System or related field.
