      Description

      YPS Anesthesia is excited to introduce a new staffing model and compensation package at CHI St. Vincent’s in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas nestled in the Ouachita Mountains, home to some of the country's most beautiful lakes and has top tier outdoor activities.

      The anesthesia team will be composed of 4 MDs and 18 CRNAs. 8 CRNAs will be on the call team and 8 will be non-call. In addition to this we have 2 job-share CRNA doing night 6 pm - 6 am and 2 job - share CRNAs opposite of them 6 am - 6 pm. CRNAs services are very autonomous but MD backup is available when needed. Daily staffing grid is 2 MDs and 12 CRNAs.

      St. Vincent Hot Springs is a full-service hospital that has a diverse case mix with nearly all specialties being represented besides transplants. The OB department averages approximately 85 deliveries a month and the CRNAs do all the epidurals and spinals for OB.

      Call provider annual compensation will be $300,000/yr with 10 weeks of time off is included in the call team compensation packages.

      Non-Call provider annual compensation will be $255,000/yr with 8 weeks of time off is included in the call team compensation packages.

      Both provider compensation packages will be paid on a 1099 and there are several opportunities for extra income if desired. YPS will cover all provider malpractice insurance. Group rate, health, dental, vision, and life insurance options are available for YPS providers and their families.

Since 2003, we have enjoyed some significant growth. We currently provide coverage at over 68 facilities in 7 states and we have over 550 CRNA and MD providers on our team.
