      As Cruise Operation Executive Turnarounds, you will be the main point of contact for the cruise line for embarkation and disembarkation operations within Piraeus. You will be part of the team being responsible for the preparation of the operation and the freelancing staff involved ensuring high standard quality of services and competitiveness in order to achieve client satisfaction.

      ABOUT THE JOB

      • Handling and arranging operations agreed with our cruise clients and controlling operations at the airport, the port of Piraeus as well as pre / post hotel accommodations
      • Being responsible for the smooth operation of turnarounds from start to end (preparation & planning, actual operations, contact person for suppliers, freelancing staff as well as the final reconciliation)
      • Handling correspondence with clients together with the Turnarounds Supervisor.
      • Keeping constant contact with the on-board team (Guest Services, Embarkation clearance) in order to review, update and finalize all the arrangements needed
      • The position involves days of operation in the port, early starts and demands work during weekends / bank holidays
      • Being physically present at the port on days of operation
      • Close collaboration with other cross-functional departments

      • Additional languages are beneficial besides from Greek and English.
      • Driver’s licence is a plus.
