This exciting role supports our expanding AT&T campaigns, encompassing both business and consumer clients. It offers a unique opportunity to cultivate strong relationships and contribute to our customers overall telecommunication success.


      As an Customer Account Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the satisfaction and growth of our existing AT&T clients in the San Diego area. You will serve as a key point of contact, processing sales orders, managing accounts, understanding customers evolving needs, and working collaboratively with internal teams. As an Entry Level Account Manager you will serve to deliver exceptional service and identify opportunities to further enhance their experience with AT&T's solutions.


      Responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager :

      • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing AT&T customers spanning amongst both business and customer accounts.
      • Proactively communicate with customers to understand their business objectives and service needs
      • Work closely with internal sales, technical support, and brand marketing teams to ensure customers needs are met and expectations are exceeded
      • Assist in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional AT&T services to existing customers and business partners
      • Address customers inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
      • Assist with the contract renewal process and ensuring that there is an understanding of the value of their AT&T services
      • Collaborate with senior account managers on developing account management strategies.
      • Continuously learn about AT&T's evolving products and services to better serve client needs
