      At our Phoenix MRO, we specialize in the repair of electronic components for aircraft. As a Customer Account Specialist with our team, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with internal and external customers daily to provide excellent customer service.

      This position is onsite at our Phoenix location however, there is opportunity for flexibility in the schedule depending on business needs.

      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Managing customer interface and correspondence for both internal and external customers
      • Managing commercial and military repair orders and related activities including but not limited to acknowledging, quoting, and invoicing customer orders.
      • Managing and executing customer contractual requirements
      • Effectively processing orders to maintain customer service levels and avoid turnaround time penalties.
      • Determining validity of warranty claims
      • Adhering to import and export compliance regulations.

      Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience working in the aerospace industry or directly for Collins Aerospace
      • Experience with contract execution
      • SAP experience
      • Experience with Government repair contracting.
      • Experience with US Government WAWF and US Government CAV
      • Experience with Military FAR’s and DFAR’s

      Employee Referral Eligible

      The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
