What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective listening, empathy, and efficiency while handling banking inquiries
- Facilitate service requests to operational back office teams and manage them to resolution
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies while exercising sound judgment
- Engage in proactive sales and referral conversations to support customers' financial health
- Stay updated on bank policies, procedures, and federal banking regulations to provide accurate consultations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of federal banking regulations and internal controls
- Proficiency in navigating and utilizing various bank systems for customer inquiries
- Ability to maintain compliance with applicable regulations and policies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to identify customer needs
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with financial products, including deposit and credit products
