What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the in-person implementation of the employer's GROW high-impact tutoring programs, coordinating logistics and ensuring effective student onboarding
- Facilitate training sessions for teachers and administrators on the implementation of the employer's programs
- Build and nurture relationships with educators and administrators by providing quality support and resources
- Expand grassroots engagement for high-impact tutoring across multiple school districts
- Manage multiple priorities during live implementations with strong organizational skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside on the East Coast with reasonable commuting distance to a major airport
- Demonstrated experience in leading in-person program implementation and logistics coordination
- Proven ability to facilitate effective training sessions for educators or adult learners
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with district leaders, teachers, and students
