      You'll be responsible for:

      Shipment Coordination:

      • Executing freight forwarding for ocean, air, and inland shipments

      • Preparing and validating shipping documents (Bill of Lading, FCR, invoices, packing lists)

      Customer Experience & KCXI Standards:

      • Delivering services aligned with KCXI GOLD standards and KPIs

      • Ensuring proactive communication and timely customer updates

      • Acting as trusted contact, providing updates and resolving queries

      Compliance & Documentation:

      • Adhering to global trade compliance, customs regulations, and Maersk policies

      • Coordinating with customs brokers and authorities for timely clearance

      Vendor & Carrier Management:

      • Collaborating with carriers, shipping lines, and logistics providers to secure bookings and optimize costs

      • Monitoring carrier performance and escalating service failures

      Operational Excellence:

      • Maintaining accurate shipment tracking and updating Maersk systems for visibility

      • Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cost

      Skills & Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

      • 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.

      • Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international trade regulations.

      • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

      • Proficiency in Maersk systems and MS Office tools.

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
