      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on diagnostic equipment at customer sites
      - Deliver timely and effective repairs while providing training to operators for optimal system performance
      - Manage financial performance within the assigned territory, focusing on revenue generation and expense control
      - Maintain and manage company assets, including tools, inventory parts, and a company vehicle
      - Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers while performing necessary administrative duties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum high school diploma; technical Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred
      - At least 2 years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments
      - Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work independently and in a team
      - Valid driver's license with a good driving record and ability to drive independently day and night
      - Strong competency in instrument systems technology, including mechanics, electrical, chemistry, and software technology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment
      - Strong customer service and communication skills
      - Experience with network applications and tools such as eVO, mButler, and MS Office applications
      - General understanding of electricity principles, power supplies, and grounding
      - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and squatting
