Job Description
- Req#: 85252
- Manage the Order to Cash process within the Coatings Business.
- Spend time confirming orders, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and build customer relationships via phone and email
- Work with our corporate customers daily on logistics, supply chain and other enquiries
- Use your attention to detail entering customer data in our SAP system
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle priorities
- Experience providing high levels of customer service
- Ability to identify and drive opportunities for process improvement
- Willingness to support others in the team
- SAP experience is highly desired.
