Job Description
- Req#: 47434693
- Provide quality telephone and email support with a high degree of customer service, expertise, and timeliness, focusing on order management functions. \n
- Process purchase orders, prepare correspondence, and work with internal teams to fulfill customer needs \n
- Work with other departments and internal teams to assure prompt and professional resolution of customer requests \n
- Accurately document customer information and a detailed problem/issue description of all support calls/emails in a call tracking system \n
- Requires strong attention to detail, outstanding resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting \n\n\n
- MUST be able to work on site in Robinson Twp, PA. (After training, can work 2 days remotely) \n
- At least 1 year of customer service experience \n
- Knowledge of Windows software – Excel, Outlook, Word \n
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Oracle is a plus \n
- Available for a 3 month project \n
- Monday-Friday daylight \n\n\n
