- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness
- Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Great attitude and an easy smile, with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
