      Overview

      OPC Pest Services is rapidly expanding across the Western Kentucky area and we're searching for our next part-time Customer Service Representative to respond to the growing Bowling Green service area.

      This position is part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week.

      Starting wage $15-$17/hr as you begin your career with us!

      Responsibilities

      Our Customer Care / Service Representatives (CSR) are the link between our customers and our service technicians. As a CSR, you will coordinate schedules, resolve customer issues and concerns, respond to service and sale inquiries, and communicate with our field operations.

      What You’ll Be Doing:

      • Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients
      • Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments
      • Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts
      • Manage administrative requests and tasks
      • Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner
      • Deliver accurate service and promotional information
      • Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications
      • Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines
      • Assist in scheduling of service routes
      • Produce accurate and timely reports
      • Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory
      • Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed
      • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy

      Qualifications

      • High school degree or equivalent
      • Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor
      • Strong organizational skills and a bility to manage multiple priorities, i.e. multi-task
      • Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
      • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
      • Excellent written and verbal communication
      • Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers
      • We require successful completion of background check and drug screen
