Job Description
- Req#: 75834
- Must have at least 6 months of recent high-volume call center or contact center experience
- This experience must be within the last 12 months
- The client strongly prefers the candidate's most recent role being in a call center environment
- Must have direct experience as a Call Center Customer Service Representative
- Must be a local candidate able to work onsite in Austin, Texas
- Must have no visa restrictions
- Minimum of 6 months of recent high-volume inbound contact center experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Schedule change requests cannot be accommodated during the first 90 days
- Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, medical claim status, and other program-related questions
- Support problem resolution as needed
- Respond to inbound phone inquiries promptly, courteously, and concisely
- Document all interactions in clear, accurate, and concise online logs
- Transfer callers to other call center units when appropriate
- Meet individual attendance, performance, and quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Maintain strict adherence to attendance and performance metrics
