Job Description:

- Verify eligibility for coverages and review healthcare options
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist with password resets, account creation, and document uploads
- Engage with customers via phone and online chat
- Help customers manage their accounts effectively

Qualifications:

- Must have a computer with a camera for the first 3 weeks of training (equipment provided after)
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (retail, hospitality, food industry)
- Comfortable working with multiple screens and handling phone calls
- Willingness to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Saturday, 8am-7pm EST
