What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across various platforms
- Utilize multiple computer systems to complete tasks and address account inquiries
- Develop and maintain knowledge of specific financial products and services
- Identify potential risks and provide solutions to meet client needs
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations while delivering exceptional client experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years' work experience in a related customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
- Demonstrated experience in resolving customer service inquiries
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with technical and data entry skills, including proficiency in 10-key touchpad navigation
- Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently
