Drawing / Order Review:

Maintain detailed log data

Follow Process for post initial review and pre-engineering review

Provide regular updates to the Engineer to Order (ETO) team and Continuous Improvement for Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) work

Front end order management (FEOM) - Initial Review Lane:
-
Capture engineering feedback and maintain updates
- Similar model to Drawing / Order Review

LeanKit Purchase order (PO) Lane Follow-Up:
-
Review Leankit cards for missing information to move Purchase order (PO) through the process
-
Follow up with reps and dealers to obtain missing information such as signed approved drawings, verifies, need by date (NBD)
- Maintain cards on Front end order management (FEOM) as learnings are provided, and update necessary fields on Epicor quote header

Salesforce Pipeline Follow-Up:
-
Review opportunities in Salesforce and reach out to reps/dealers for updates.

Clean up the 85/65% projects
- Lost/Still in process/NBD, etc. (example: feedback received after recent emails sent out)

Rep Commission Analysis:
-
Review list of active dealers in Epicor and audit their territory on account to the dealer territory list
- Update data on file in Epicor
-

Current student or recent graduate (preferably pursuing or holding a 4-year degree) in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

High level of attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple tasks.

A curious mindset -eager to learn, ask questions, and improve how things work.

Comfortable with data and willing to work in systems like Epicor, Salesforce, and LeanKit (we'll train you).
