      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Customer Success Managers to support strategic customers
      - Design and implement processes, playbooks, and automations to enhance customer value
      - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
      - Establish an operating rhythm for onboarding, value realization, and customer risk management
      - Utilize data to analyze performance and coach the team for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2+ years of people management experience in a customer-facing role
      - At least 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Account Management
      - Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
      - Experience in the tech industry with relevant subject-matter expertise
      - Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a technical or engineering field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading remote teams across multiple regions or countries
      - Familiarity with AI and automation tools, especially n8n
      - Background in startup or scale-up environments
      - Additional technical or engineering degree
