What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead all post-sales activities for Vanta's upmarket customers, including onboarding, implementation, and product expertise
- Manage a book of business (BoB) of approximately 50 customers, ranging from 401 to 2000 employee accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, driving them towards specific business outcomes
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders to promote renewals and expansion
- Provide technical insights and recommend efficient compliance strategies using Vanta's platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
- Extensive experience interacting with C-level executives and building strong relationships
- Proven track record of customer retention and account management
- Strong communication skills, with critical thinking abilities
- Technical competency to understand Vanta's software and engage with technical customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the security or compliance industry
- Demonstrated ability to hit retention targets and create satisfied customers
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Experience conducting Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive summaries
