What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead all post-sales activities for Vanta's upmarket customers, including onboarding, implementation, and renewal
- Manage a book of business consisting of approximately 50 customers ranging from 401 to 2000 employee accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, driving them toward specific business outcomes
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
- Provide technical insights and recommend efficient compliance paths using Vanta's platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
- Extensive experience in building relationships with C-level executives
- Proven track record of customer retention and account management
- Strong communication skills and critical thinking ability
- Technical competency to understand Vanta's software and its applications
