      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive platform adoption and assess overall customer engagement with the employer's services
      - Partner with key stakeholders to achieve customer goals and remove roadblocks to product adoption
      - Tailor communications to clients by contextualizing data and positioning return on investment
      - Develop and follow through on Value Plans that ensure success for customer accounts
      - Identify risks to client health and provide targeted strategies for resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of Customer Success Management, Account Management, or related experience in SaaS
      - Proven experience maintaining a book of 20-40 clients and driving tool adoption
      - Strong strategic and critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs
      - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to diverse audiences

      - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build effective relationships
