      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategic account plans to promote customer growth and strengthen relationships
      - Facilitate executive-level engagements to drive value creation and ensure customer satisfaction
      - Identify and pursue expansion opportunities while serving as a trusted advisor to clients
      - Manage customer success plans and account strategies to align with customer goals
      - Provide early insights and recommendations on new product features based on customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, sales, or technology consulting
      - Strong knowledge of the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry and its economic fundamentals
      - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with both business and IT stakeholders
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives or accounts under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of or experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite
      - Familiarity with cloud-native solutions and cloud technologies for mission-critical applications
      - Experience in coaching and change management, with a track record of executing successful plans
