As a Customer Support and Production Planner, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating between OEM and HARMAN departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and production. You’ll develop comprehensive short- and long-term production plans, monitor material availability, and adapt schedules to meet changing customer demands. This position requires close collaboration with customers, SIOP demand planning, material planning, project and production teams to optimize delivery timelines and also to support new product launches. Your work will help keep operations smooth, efficient, and aligned with customer expectations.
What You Will Do
OEM and Automotive 1st. Managing orders from tier customers, maintaining contact with these customers.
Carrying out manufacturing needs assessment, follow-up, taking into account customer requirements, adapting to customers, meeting delivery deadlines.
Drawing up production plans for the short, medium and long term in accordance with customer requirements and forecasts.
Providing delivery schedules to the warehouse that makes the deliveries
In case of production backlog, implementing actions with production
Carrying out material availability checks, continuous coordination with the purchasing team.
Tracking changes in customer requirements. Coordinating demand fluctuations with customers/sales/demand planning team and other departments within the factory
Project work for new product launches, ramp-ups/production shutdowns, product outsourcing.
Preparation of statistics, monitoring of metrics and indicators in the field.
Masterdata management for finished and semi-finished products Ensure systems are up to date and correct status, check MRP result
What You Need to Be Successful
Higher education - preferably logistics, business and management, supply chain management or minimum experience in logistics (Production planning, customer relations)
Fluent communicative English language skills in oral and written form
Ms Office - Excel user level
Bonus Points if You Have
University Degree - Logistics, Economics and Management, Supply Chain Management or experience in Logistics (Production Planning, Customer Relations)
1-2 years of experience in electronics or automotive manufacturing
Knowledge of a business management system - preferably SAP
Knowledge of production planning programs (SAP - LMPC, SAP - IBP)
