      We have an opportunity for YOU. There is a brand new team at our Customer Support department and we are looking for skillful Zebras.

      Flexibility is not only a plain word for us. We work on hybrid model - go to the office 50 % of the month. Part of week from home, part of week from office.

      Our schedule is Monday to Friday, no weekends, no nightshifts! We know what is life-work balance in Zebra Technologies.


      Responsibilities:
      • B2B Customer Service - you answer routine questions via ticket system
      • If necessary you answer customers calls, but work is mainly e-mail communication
      • Responds to customer concerns by following standard scripts and procedures
      • Solves customers simple problems regarding repaired devices and documents customer concerns

      Qualifications:
      • High school or equivalent
      • Position is suitable for graduates, senior workers who would like to change career path, parents on parental leave...well, actually anyone!
      • Proficiency in English (B2) and German (B2-C1)
      • Customer service values/orientation and communication skills - you are talkative, teammate and willing to learn new things
