Job Description
- Req#: 2004
- Assist with the support of EBSCO Academy, EBSCO's customer learning management system, including managing content and helping with data migration and cleanup
- Work with Training Specialists on high priority customer projects; assisting with project plan development and maintenance, gathering data through various EBSCO systems, and updating tools and collateral to meet customer needs
- Learn proprietary and standard tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Tableau, NetCRM, monday.com, etc.) to assist with team projects
- Manage other projects, as assigned by manager
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in information science, project management, or a similar program, graduating in December 2026 or later.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Technical acumen - for assisting in the administration of data migration and clean-up
- Experience in project management and working with project management tools
- Experience using or working with a learning management system (LMS)
- Experience using or working within a Microsoft 365 Enterprise environment (Example: SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Library industry experience

Your Opportunity
The Customer Training Services Intern is responsible for providing support to the Customer Training Services Team and their key initiatives. Customer Training Services is a team of library industry experts that deliver professional product training, live and on-demand, on all EBSCO products and services across all markets, ensuring subscribers gain the knowledge they need to get the most out of their .
This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories). The role will be Part-Time working 20 hours per week.
