Job Description
- Req#: 11443
- Assist in the development of performance metrics/measurements for user access attestations.
- Support and maintain Identity and Access Management strategies and solutions.
- Help define and implement access management workflows to meet business requirements.
- Assist in entitlement review processes and coordinating access reviews with appropriate stakeholders.
- Support onboarding of current/new SSO applications via SAML, OpenID, etc.
- Help troubleshoot application authentication and authorization errors, as well as optimize log management and log reviews relating to IAM events.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving access management and provisioning workflow errors.
- Assist with updating IAM documentation of procedures and instructions.
- Process application access requests and perform all IAM related tasks.
- Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as an IT security Administrator within private, public, and hybrid cloud
- Good knowledge and understanding of security fundamentals and networking concepts environments
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with AWS Identity and Access Management
- Experience with Privileged Access Management
- Experience with Single Sign-on and Federation (SAML 2.0, ADFS, OAuth 2.0, Kerberos, etc.)
- COMP TIA Security certification or equivalent experience
- Good collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with other teams
- Good oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Driven to learn and stay current professionally
- Good attention to detail
- Up to 10% travel time required
