- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or security roles >
- Experience implementing security practices across modern SaaS environments >
- Strong understanding of identity and access management >
- Experience working with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and other cloud based systems >
- Ability to identify risks and implement practical security solutions >
- Strong organizational and documentation skills >
Mars Men is a rapidly scaling health and wellness company operating across ecommerce, marketplaces, and digital media. As we grow, strengthening our internal security infrastructure is a key priority.
We are looking for a Security & IT Consultant to review our current systems and implement the protocols and policies needed to ensure strong data security across the organization. This role will focus on system access, security standards, and internal IT practices for a distributed remote team.
This role will begin as a part time consulting engagement with the potential to transition into a full time position as the company scales.
