By paying attention to all the details. Glovo is a hyperlocal marketplace featuring the most trendy places in each city and delivering their products in less than 60 mins. As a Business Analyst in the XL accounts Team you will play a crucial role in the Commercial team by guiding the team direction through analysis and insight and ensuring that the commercial team is both effective and targeted in their effort to establish Glovo as the leader in the Italian delivery market.

      Be a part of a team where you will:

      • Own the reporting structure for the Big Chains Team, ensuring the team is data-driven and their recommendations are based on insights
      • Build trackers of key performance indicators, identify trends and causes that represent risks and opportunities;
      • Own the development of key analytical tools such as negotiation models, portfolio analysis, profitability analysis, prices/pricing analysis and business cases for strategic projects/partners.
      • Ensure smooth roll-out of HQ analytical tools
      • Give recommendations for Team Manager and Account Managers
      • Support Team Manager in terms of Weekly/Monthly Business Reviews, target setting/achievement, data scraping, ad hoc analysis (also for Account Managers), etc. You will attend meetings with Partners, if needed.
      • Responsible for creating, evaluating and summarizing AdServer campaigns for partners, together with Account Managers.

      You have:

      • At least 3-4 years of experience in an analytical/insights role, ideally within a commercial or commercial finance function
      • Advanced excel/modeling skills;
      • Good English written and communication skills (min. B2)
      • An analytical mindset, you think in models and you are able to bring structure to every decision you are faced with;
      • You love problem solving and thrive in complex situations;
