Design and implement data models, data pipelines, and ETL processes using Azure Databricks to prepare data for analysis
Create insightful and interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualization using Power BI to support business functions
Work effectively with the end users to understand requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate needs into technical solutions
Effectively communicate and interact with business and technical personnel in solving complex data related business problems related to business operations
Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and other IT professionals to deliver comprehensive data solutions
Follow best practices in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, validation, testing and documentation
Keep up to date of new developments in the business intelligence eco-system, as well as identify and recommend opportunities to further the company
Minimum of 1-3 years of industry experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or related field with a demonstrable track record in developing data intelligence solutions
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics and/or related Business Experience working with Data Warehouses, Data Visualization techniques, & BI Development tools
Oral and written communication skills for presentations to all levels of customer and management teams
Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server and relational data
Intermediate knowledge programming and computing languages (DAX, Python, etc)
Experience with Azure Data Factories, Databricks and or business data warehousing
Experience with ERP/MRP/Order Mgmt platforms (Oracle, MS Dynamics, SAP, etc)
Business Acumen and understanding of basic data flow in a manufacturing business

This is a hybrid opportunity that requires 3+ days a week in the office at our Milwaukee, WI location.

Our Business Analytics Team is responsible for both Identifying and delivering Analytical solutions to end users. We accomplish this feat by effectively communicating with business units, identifying opportunities to solve critical business challenges, and driving efficiency through technology, including BI, AI and ML, while maintaining and leveraging effective cross-functional relationships with business partners
