What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Attend team meetings and agile ceremonies to understand project objectives
- Analyze machine learning inputs and outputs, including audio transcription and quality scoring
- Make informed decisions regarding data quality and project requirements
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance annotation workflows
- Participate in data curation for model creation, evaluation, and monitoring
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a professional setting
- Expert-level proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- High accountability and capability to work with minimal ambiguity
- Excellent critical thinking and judgment skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data labeling platforms such as Azure ML Data Labeling or AWS SageMaker Ground Truth
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Basic knowledge of Python or SQL
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or conversational AI
- Previous experience in data annotation or quality assurance
